Here's a little mango trivia for you: If you make a mango pie, when mangoes are very ripe - it will taste much like a peach pie. If you make a pie with mangoes that are not very ripe - it will taste like apple pie.
OK, there has to be some benefit to you that I grew up in Asia, right?
